Season 1 - Matchday 17 - Wonderboys FC 3 - 3 Sadistic Legacy

Wonderboys FC 3-3 Sadistic Legacy
AVFCRoss 6' 31' Missed Pen 90'  -  Steven One Don 63'

Wonderboys and Sadistic Legacy put on a great show today, but The Legacy fans will be displeased that they weren't able to take all 3 points after a nailbiting finale.

The match started brilliantly, with Jerv passing to AVFCRoss, who made a winding run through the opposition defence and slotted it home after just 6 minutes.

Haze09 didn't have the best of games today, despite Man of the Match performances in the past 2 games, and it was his poor touch that gifted Terry Lee the ball on 12 minutes for a simple finish to make it 1-1.

Not too downhearted by that mistake, The Legacy continued to battle, and were rewarded on 31 minutes when Showtime's longball found the head of AVFCRoss, to make it 2-1 after 31 minutes.

Unfortunately for the visiting fans, Wonderboys obviously liked the look of that move, scoring an almost perfect replica of it 5 minutes later, with Terry Lee equalising.

There'll be plenty of media speculation on what exactly Fiction ate at half time, as straight from kickoff he gave Darren00 a Chuck Norris-style roundhouse kick to earn a red card for himself.

As if being down to 10 men wasn't enough, things got worse for The Legacy, when Darren00 regained conciousness and took the free kick, lofting in a beautiful ball for Terry Lee to head in.

A poor goalkick fell straight to Steven One Don, who calmly advanced and slotted home for his 16th goal of the season, after 63 minutes.

The Legacy had 2 simple headers over the next 20 minutes, both of which should've found the net.

In the dying seconds of the game, AVFCRoss rounded Flatoot, who brought him down in the process to give away a penalty in the 90th minute.

AVFCRoss then stepped up and did nothing to quash the media's claims that he's one of the worst penalty takers the world's ever seen, by blasting it a good 9 feet over the crossbar. Again.

Man of the Match
AVFCRoss put in an amazing showing for 89 minutes today.

AVFCRoss: ''Naturally, I'm dissapointed about the miss, but sometimes the pressure gets to you. We played well and its still another solid point away from home. We have everything to play for now, with an abudance of home matches to look forward to.''
