Season 1 - Matchday 23 - Sadistic Legacy 2-0 Birmingham City

Sadistic Legacy 2 - 0 Birmingham City
AVFCRoss 45+1'  -  Stitch 79

Sadistic Legacy picked up another 3 points today to move into 6th place, despite an impressive Birmingham City performance.

The Legacy leap-frog Pablo11 into 6th
Many were expecting a highscoring game, but the Birmingham defence kept their hopes alive during the first half, with Legacy piling on the pressure for the entire first half.

Birmingham almost kept it level until half time, but the incredible vision of Steven One Don spotted AVFCRoss arriving late at the far post, and a superb cross met his head with pinpoint accuracy to make it 1-0 in stoppage time.

The second half was much of the same, with Legacy still dominating large periods, with City being limited to the occasional counter-attack.

After a few spurned chances for either side, the match was finally laid to rest on 79 minutes, when Stitch gathered a loose ball in acres of space, advanced into the box and slotted it under the advancing keeper to make it 2-0.

The win moves Legacy into 6th in the league table, and condems Birmingham City to another defeat in what looks like an ominous season down to the second tier of the league system.

Man of the Match
Steven One Don picked up yet another bottle of champagne today after another outstanding performance. The striker always looked dangerous, forcing defensive errors, made nice runs and pulled off some beautiful long balls.

Steven One Don: "It's good to be playing well, but it's even better that we're back to winning ways. We can only hope that it continues."
