Matchday 1

Boston Utd 1 - 2 Sadistic Legacy

Steven One Don 17'  -  AVFCRoss 53'

The Legacy kicked off the new season in an away game against Boston Utd. The Legacy had finished 1 place and 7 points behind their opponents in the previous season, and looked to rectify those standings, beating Boston by 2 goals to 1 courtesy of Steven One Don, and an AVFCRoss winner on 53 minutes.

Matchday 2

Nottm Reds 2 - 2 Sadistic Legacy

Stitch 57'  -  Steven One Don 71'

Sadistic Legacy were again on the road against Nottm Reds, in a game that promised both goals and a stalemate draw, based on previous meetings. The trend continued as the Legacy scored twice in the second half to graft out a well earned point with goals from Steven One Don and Stitch.

OUFC 4EVER 3 - 5 Sadistic Legacy

AVFCRoss '8 '37 '80 - Steven One Don '27 - Stitch '64

 

The Legacy and OUFC 4EVER both played a part in a contender for game of the season, as they shared an 8 goal thriller, with AVFCRoss taking home the match ball with a game winning hat-trick. Steven One Don and Stitch also shared the scoresheet, as an impressive afternoon for the Legacy infront of goal was enough to counter their slightly leaky defence.

Pablo11 1 - 2 Sadistic Legacy

A continued run of away fixtures resumed as Legacy visited Pablo11 in a closely fought game. Incredibly, both sides shared 19 goals collectively across both games last season, with each taking 1 win a piece in a 5-3 and 6-5 victory. However, the pattern was to be broken as the Legacy edged a close game, with Steven One Don netting twice including a 53rd minute winner.

Tank FC 0 - 3 Sadistic Legacy

Steven One Don 32' 52'  -  Stitch 76'

The Legacy faced their toughest game of the season, away from home against a strong Tank FC side. However, where many probably expected Legacy to get homesick by now, they ran out rampant 3-0 winners, with Steven One Don and Stitch both getting on the scoresheet in an emphatic victory.

Fog Squad 2 - 1 Sadistic Legacy

Steven One Don 90'  

Finally, after 6 games, the Legacy slumped to their first defeat of the season, losing 2-1 away to Fog Squad. After a gargantuan effort to defeat Tank FC, the extra effort took its took on the Legacy, and the Fog Squad capitalised to take all 3 points, despite Steven One Don setting up a nervy climax with a 90th minute goal.

Matchday 7

London UFC 0 - 2 Sadistic Legacy

Steven One Don '27 '41

After doing the league double over London UFC last season, the Legacy would have seen this as an ideal fixture to bounce back, and Steven One Don ensured they did with a first half double that sent Legacy on their way. Showtime hampered the away side with a clumsy lunge late on, but the Legacy kept their keep clean and got back on winning terms.

Matchday 8

Sadistic Legacy 5 - 0 Burn My Bread

Steven One Don 39' 70' and 86'  -  Stitch 54'  -  AVFCRoss 77'

The Legacy had their first taste of a newly promoted side, as they played a rising Burn My Bread team, in what was also their first home game of the season. The big talking point leading up the game was the return of their former team-mates, LitleSaint and Yeovilred, who had a return to forget as the Legacy shipped 5 past them in their biggest win of the season thus far. Steven One Don bagged a hat-trick, with Stitch and AVFCRoss also getting in on the act.

The Legacy picked up an impressive 19 points from their first 8 games, sitting 2nd in the league, just 2 points behind Tank FC in 1st place.

The Legacy start well, with 6 wins and just 1 defeat
